At Coffee with Karmin, we do our best to get your items to you quickly and safely!

Processing Time

All physical orders (such as magnets) are processed within 3–5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after purchase. If you don’t receive your file within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at coffeewithkarmin@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at coffeewithkarmin@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.
